Cardamom and orris open it with a spiced, powdery glow. Sandalwood, cedarwood and patchouli build a smooth woody heart, then myrrh, benzoin, labdanum, styrax, vanilla and tonka bean settle into a rich, balsamic dry down with moderate staying power. It can be worn all year, though it really comes alive on evenings and at special occasions.
