Terms of service
1. Eligibility and accounts
• You must be at least 18 years old to register an account or place an order on the Site.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current information and update it when it changes.
2. Orders, pricing and payment
• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• We accept payment by [DECISION: list live payment methods, e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby/Tamara if enabled] and cash on delivery within the UAE.
• An order is accepted only when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability or orders that appear to be placed for resale. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the amount paid.
• Prices, products and promotions may change at any time without notice. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us even after order confirmation.
• Multiple shipments for one order may appear as multiple charges on your card statement, together never exceeding the order total.
3. Delivery, returns and cancellation
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are governed by our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy, which allows returns of sealed, unopened products within 10 days of delivery. Both policies form part of these Terms.
4. Inspired-by products disclaimer
Some MOJ Perfumes products are described as inspired by well-known fragrances. These products are independent creations formulated by us. They are not manufactured by, affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by or otherwise connected to the brand owners or designers whose fragrances they reference. All third-party trademarks, brand names and product names remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the general scent character a product is inspired by. MOJ Perfumes makes no claim that any inspired-by product is identical to, or a substitute manufactured by, the referenced brand.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, images, product descriptions, logos and design, belongs to MOJ Perfumes or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual property rights, to transmit malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with the Site's operation. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
7. Product information
We work to keep product descriptions, images and availability accurate, but colors, packaging and bottle designs may vary and screen rendering differs by device. Fragrance performance varies by skin chemistry and environment; scent descriptions are indicative, not guaranteed.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, MOJ Perfumes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law, including statutory consumer protection rights.
9. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Sanctions compliance
We do not trade with or provide services to persons or entities in countries subject to applicable UAE or international sanctions.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of [DECISION: Sharjah or Dubai, per registered emirate of the legal entity] have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
