Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with every MOJ Perfumes purchase. If you change your mind, you can return or exchange your order within 10 days under the conditions below. If something is wrong with your order because of us, we will fix it at our cost.
Returns and exchanges
• You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order (online) or of purchase (in store).
• Products must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging with the cellophane or seal intact. For hygiene and product integrity reasons, opened or used fragrances, oils, body mists and home fragrance products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
• Keep your order number or original receipt. We cannot process returns or exchanges without proof of purchase.
• Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to return or exchange
• In store: visit any MOJ Perfumes store in the UAE with the item and your receipt or order confirmation. In-store returns and exchanges are free.
• By courier: contact us at info@mojperfumes.com or +971 50 477 9141 (WhatsApp) with your order number. We will confirm eligibility and share the return address. Courier return costs for change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer; we recommend a tracked service, as the items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
Refunds
• Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we will confirm approval by email.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 working days. Bank processing times may add a few days.
• Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer; we will request your account details when the return is approved.
• The product price is refunded in full. Original delivery charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
• If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mojperfumes.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
• Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund including any delivery charges, at your choice and at no cost to you.
• Do not discard the damaged item or packaging until the claim is resolved; the courier may need to inspect it.
Marketplace orders
Orders placed on Noon or Amazon are governed by the return and refund policies of those marketplaces, not this policy. Please raise marketplace-order issues through the marketplace directly.
Order cancellation
• You may cancel an online order free of charge any time before it is dispatched by contacting info@mojperfumes.com or +971 50 477 9141 with your order number. Cancelled undispatched orders are refunded in full to the original payment method.
• Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled; the return process above applies instead.
