For all our products at MOJ Perfumes, free returns are guaranteed if notified within seven days from the product delivery, provided all the conditions below are met completely:

• Returns can be requested for either replacement or refund.
• No refunds will be applicable for international orders once the order has been shipped.
• Returns are applicable only for fragrances and not for beauty products.
• Returns are accepted only in cases of mismatch or manufacturing defect.
• The item(s) must not be opened or used and must be returned with the original packaging, along with any samples, manuals, or tags that accompanied the product.
• If the item(s) are found to have been used, refunds will not be processed.

For online prepaid orders, a credit charge of 2.5% of the total order value will be deducted if canceled upfront without any valid reason. If the order has been shipped and returned, an AED 25 courier charge will be deducted.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund will be credited to the MOJ Perfumes E-wallet. In cases of upfront cancellation without a valid reason, or if the order has been shipped and returned, an AED 25 courier charge will be deducted.

Refunds to credit cards typically take 7 to 10 days, while wallet refunds are processed within 1 working day after the returned item is received at our warehouse.
